Why would I shoot a wedding during the worst winter in the last 10 years with the most deplorable driving conditions AND 37 weeks pregnant? Well, for the love of, well, love… What else?
Max asked me to help with his wedding photographs a few months back and knowing how late in the game I would be by the time it rolled around, I made no promises, but boy was I glad to be part of their wonderful day. The ceremony was a traditional handfasting and it was held at Markree Castle in Co Sligo. Very intimate and very personal, it was a great experience. I hope these have done their day some justice!
